Poof Pals Privacy Policy

In short

Poof Pals has no ads. We do not track you, we do not sell personal data, and we use no third-party advertising or analytics tools. Most of the game (solo, story, same-device multiplayer) works without an account and offline.

What data is processed?

Only if you choose to create an optional online account:

• Email address and password (the password is stored only in hashed form and used to sign in).
• Username and your chosen character.
• Game statistics: XP, wins, games played, best score.
• Your friend code and friend connections.
• Live online status and room code (only while playing online; not stored permanently).

Your progress, settings and stars are stored on your device (local storage) and are not sent to us.

Why do we use it?

To operate your account and let you match and play online with friends. We use it for nothing else.

Who is it shared with?

Your friends can see your username, character and stats. Our infrastructure provider Supabase (database and authentication) processes data on our behalf. We do not share data with ad networks or data brokers.

Retention and deletion

You can permanently delete your account any time in the app: Main menu → Account → DELETE ACCOUNT. Your account, friend connections and statistics are deleted. You can also request deletion by writing to the address below.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and contains mild cartoon-style explosions. Children under 13 need a parent's permission to create an online account. We do not knowingly collect data from children for advertising or tracking. Parents can skip all online features.

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). No system is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards.
