Egyptian actor Mustafa Ghareeb recently opened up about his hopes for love and his colorful childhood, revealing a heartfelt and humorous side. Known for his charm, he shared insights into his personal aspirations and early life experiences.
Dreaming of a Kind, Ambitious Partner
In a candid interview, Mustafa expressed his desire to find a compassionate, devout, and kind-hearted woman to marry. “I’m searching for someone gentle and ambitious,” he said. “Once I find her, I won’t hesitate to commit.” He emphasized his preference for a working woman—whether an actress or in another field—who pursues her dreams alongside him, highlighting his admiration for driven individuals.
A Playful Childhood in Minya
Reflecting on his youth in Minya Al-Qamh’s Al-Masaken district, Mustafa described himself as a mischievous, food-loving child. “I was very naughty and ate a lot,” he laughed. “Any chance to eat, we’d take it, even if we were full!” Feeling different as a child, he sought friends who shared his experiences, shaping his fun-loving personality that fans adore today.
The “Chubby Friends” Club
With humor, Mustafa recalled forming a “chubby friends league” as a kid. “I’d befriend anyone chubby so I wouldn’t feel alone,” he said. Growing up in a lively neighborhood, children were nicknamed quirky monikers like “Monkey” or “Rabbit” instead of their real names, adding to the community’s charm.
Early Steps in Acting
Mustafa’s passion for acting began in kindergarten, where he performed in school plays. “We’d gather to create amateur theater,” he shared. His enthusiasm influenced peers, like convincing a friend to play football or act to spend time together. Eventually, their group caught the attention of Minya Al-Qamh’s Culture Palace, where their performances won local hearts with laughter and applause.
Success in Apartment Chores
Mustafa’s latest role was in the 2025 Ramadan series Apartment Chores, co-starring Hisham Maged, Asmaa Galal, Sherine, Salwa, and others. Directed by Khaled Diab and written by Sherine Diab, the show further showcased his rising talent.
